Dr. Heather Knows, Inc. (DHK) is temporarily closed for administrative recovery and will reopen Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
Routine requests received during the closure will be addressed after reopening.
Primary-care availability remains limited.
New patients may request placement on the current waitlist; waitlist placement does not guarantee acceptance into the practice.

Please do not send signs, symptoms, medication concerns, treatment questions, or other clinical needs by email, website forms, ordinary text message, or social media. Established patients should use the secure eClinicalWorks patient portal for appropriate non-urgent clinical communication when messaging is enabled for their account.
Routine responses may take 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and announced office closures.
DHK does not provide urgent or emergency evaluation through voicemail, email, text, website messages, or the patient portal. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. New, worsening, or concerning symptoms that cannot safely wait for a routine appointment should be evaluated promptly at an appropriate urgent-care or emergency facility.
